Describe the bug, issue, or problem:
I am unable to log in to my account. When I click on "Forgot Password," the message "This user is not registered" is displayed.
However, I have confirmed that I applied for an account, and I received the approval email (KYC - rickychenholly).
Could you please confirm if the account has been deleted?
Expected Behavior:
I expect to be able to reset my password and log in, since my account has been approved.
