Error: cannot open .vtk file

Hello everybody, I try to import in DualSPHysics a model in .vtk but I can't open it:

I saw in example 13_Pump that the pump body is import in .vtk but looking at the properties I saw that the version used is vtk 3.0, could it be that vtk 5.13 is not read by DualSPHysics?

I try to import the same model in .stl but the model is very bad like:

I don't know how to fix it. I try to improve the .stl quality but the result doesn't change.
