Body of Work Form - GWAS-PGS Unified Portal

Preamble:

• If a PGS-Only submission is selected by the user from the wizard.
• And the user specified that the PGS is not published in a manuscript
• The user will be presented with a new body of work form as specified here

Consequently:

• The UI should be extended such that the BOW UI form can now differentiate between different data types.

Requirement:

• The form on the url (https://wwwdev.ebi.ac.uk/gwas/deposition/form) should now recognize a parameter data-type of value "PGS" or "GWAS"
• This parameter should be sent to the backend alongside other previously existing parameters when the form is submitted to the endpoint /api/v1/bodyofwork

On Successful creation of the PGS body of Work at the back end:

• There is a need for users to be redirected and presented with a submission check-list page on a url /gwas/deposition/bodyofwork/PCP00...
• This will be the same existing submission check-list user interface
• But should now be extended to accept PCP-IDs in the URL
