Last year in September in Stockholm we agreed to use the term Legal Entity for all our work, so we could skip the discussion on what a Legal Entity is and what an other Entity is, that can not act as a Legal Entity, but is also registered at the trade registry.
So I propose to change the mention of Legal Entity with registered Company or beter yet registered Organisation. Then we don't paint ourselves in the corner if an association needs a EUCC, that is not a Legal Entity.
