Wichtig ist hier vor allem Punkt 2: Das Umgehen des Smart Screen Filters benötigt ein EV Zertifikat, das relativ umständlich und teuer ist. Da Apps unter Windows auch komplett ohne Signatur ausgeführt werden können, wird die Signatur unter Windows erstmal zurückgestellt.
