This is apparently an issue with Firefox 115 ESR, so I might need to trace this, or this could just be like the one pixel caption bar spacing inaccuracy and may never be fixed. I'll just need to dive into this at some point. There is an extra pixel of spacing on both sides of the menus.

Maybe something to do with this idk.
