Into the submissions page (app/components/submisions.js), incorporate the

Upload CSV File
Paste Google Sheets Link
Edit Manually functionality
Send Invites
Send Reminders
Edit manually adds a blank line at the end for new text, and removes it when you exit edit manually.
Make cells editable when in edit manually mode
Incorporate the Invite Sent column info of the candidate-table into the Submission Status
Make empty cells white (rather than gray)

Blocked - need more research on if this is the best solution to the problem.
