Step to Reproduce:

Browser Version: Version 122.0.2365.52 (Official build) (64-bit)

1: Open undebate website at Microsoft Edge
2:Click create New.
3: Enter some information, example: Organization Name, URL, organization Logo, Logo accepting PDF format,
4: Upload any file.
5: Now click back form create New page.
6: form become Live without proper information and without submitting.
