Use in GitHub enterprise and other sites

Gitako supports GitHub enterprise and its setup is very simple!

1. Visit your GitHub enterprise domain.
2. Right-click on Gitako from browser's extension list.
3. Choose Enable Gitako on this domain and refresh when you are asked to.

Above setup steps can be applied to Gitee as well.
