See this example and do this flow in Julia with Turing. Simulate naive and less naive.

Hey guys.

I replicated that example with Julia + Turing earlier CDCgov/Rt-without-renewal#453

I'm just using functions lying around in EpiAwareUtils, but plenty should be reusable.
