What happened?

Auth is too complex in the current setup. Need to simplify

• Simplify setup of auth for app using core lib
  • remove need to use certs
  • remove need to use realm import
• Rework Config
  • New oqm.core.api config intstead of quarkus.*
  • Cleanup and better encapsumation/groupings
• Use latest quarkus in library
