Bug QTBUG-132337 reported as removing the min/max buttons of a window also removes the close buttons on Windows.

Example 01_gettings_started/07_window_hide_min_max.py no longer works after upgrade to Pyside v6.8.1.

Reproducible on at least Windows 11.
