Consider restructuring some parts of the FAQ page, e.g. what will the schedule look like and what will the programme look like to include some more explanations of what talks, tutorials and sprints (and maybe events?) are. As part of the explanations, we can also provide some rough room capacity info for each type (though the details can be linked to e.g. accessibility page or sprint page when they exist so we don't duplicate information).

Can take inspiration from PyCon UK's glossary: https://2025.pyconuk.org/faq/

List of things to include in the explanations:

  • Tutorials
  • Workshops
  • Summits
  • Talks
  • Keynotes
  • Panels
  • Posters
  • Lightning Talks
  • Sprints
  • Events
