Is it possible to make mechanical arms and rails ignore snow from incomplete blocks when placed?

If you want an issue fixed you need to give us more than a single sentence to work with.

How is it not compatible?
You said seasons mods, but only linked to one mod. What other mods?
Screenshots?
What do mechanical arms and rails have to do with snow?
What do you mean "incomplete blocks?"
In what way should they be ignored?

test.mp4

Due to the fact that in winter, the ground is frequently covered with snow,
which can cause some machines to not be able to carry out.
It is hoped that the machine will be prevented from getting stuck by bypassing the snow layer of non-intact blocks.

You might try the Mechanical Plough. It removes non-collidable blocks in its path.

I'm gonna create a new issue for this on Forge, the Mechanical Plough can't break snow taller then 1 layer,
on trains at least.
PS : also it's not a Mechanical Arm, it's a Deployer.
and Sculk Veins can be plowed but Deployers can't replace them by blocks
