GGG plasma source control version pre-001

This is a preliminary version of the GGG plasma source control software. Be careful when using it. For now, please, report issues by email: fellypao@yahoo.com.br
Releasing only the windows binary (64-bit architecture only). Let me know if you want a Linux binary.
Remember that the source code is always available in this repo and you can run it from your favorite python IDE :)
