Visit and trade with other colonies, possibly even assisting them in the future.

  • Visit other colonies 0.2.0.0
  • Trade with other colonies 0.2.0.0

Visits and trading need few tweaks to be persistent with colonists/items using existing faction incidents, however assisting colonies will be a custom implementation.
