Your updated version seems to work for me on Android 10 (Samsung). It complained about being built for an older android version when I installed it, but seems to work just fine. When I run a Query & Set Time, it actually set the time now, whereas the last release available on F-Droid just queries, but won't set the current date/time.

Last note: Anyone who tries this APK, you'll need to uninstall the previous version of NTPSync before you can install this update, otherwise the install fails. (and of course accept the PlayStore Protect warning - which isn't a real issue IMO)
