questions about server-with-encryption.py

I use the server-with-encryption.py code for learning, I only made small changes, I added the types of security policies and added server.set_security_IDs(["Anonymous", "Basic256Sha256", "Username"] ). Then I copied uaexpert's certificate to the specified location.
After the program runs, I can see it in uaexpert, If I select the following 2 types, the connection can be established, but if I select "None" , the connection cannot be established.

I have set NoSecurity and "Anonymous", why can't I connect?

After reading the examples, I decided to close this question, it is useful to learn more examples, thanks to the author and all collaborators of this library
