Changes:

  1. File Description: A comment at the top of the file explains what the code does.

  2. Tooltip Description: Added a Tooltip widget to the AppBar, which displays a message "This is a simple calculator app!" when hovered over (on web) or tapped (on mobile).

  3. Scaffold for Home: Wrapped the Calculator() widget with Scaffold to provide a structure for the app, including the AppBar.
