Supported Platforms

The Card Conformance Tool (CCT) has been tested in the following environments:

• Software requirements

  • Supported operating systems
    • macOS Sierra, Catalina, Big Sur
    • Windows 10
    • Ubuntu 16.04, Ubunto 18.04
    • CentOS 7.4
  • Java Runtime Environment (JRE) 1.8.0_201 (Java 8) or later

  Note: some dependencies used by the CCT will require an appropriate C++ compiler if you want to change the native code. Pre-built native components are available for the platforms listed above.

• Hardware requirements

  • Smart card reader with a contact interface
  • (Optional) Smart card reader with a contactless interface

If you have successfully run the CCT using a different configuration than what is explicitly supported above, submit an issue to let us know and we'll add it to the list.
