Issue on hold while we establish if can be solved by existing Chart Builder capabilities:

By introducing a little extra margin this gives Plotly the space it needs to add the extra tick label at the end of an axis

By setting the axis type - implemented in issue #129 - e.g changing the X axis type to linear we were able to get the year 2020 to correctly show at the end of the x axis on the charts for the Drivers dashboard
