Description

Currently, the search bar will filter for words in the title and description of the standard card. The search bar will not filter through tags. (Ex: suppose a standard card has site planning as a tag. if the user searches the word "site" then the standard card will not appear unless the word "site" is in the standard card's description or title.
The search bar should also be able to filter through tag titles

Acceptance Criteria

If user searches for a keyword, all cards that have the keyword in the title, description, and tags should appear
