PR Summary

• Enhancement to Testing Coverage
  A new function has been introduced to the testing system. This function, called instantiate_classes, is specifically added to the Test_Settings class. This enhancement increases the thoroughness of our testing procedures by allowing us to better track and verify the behavior of our classes.
