This PR assumes the specific GNU General Public License v2.0 or later license is what is intended to be used for licensing
gatherpress(as that is what is referenced in thereadme.txtandgatherpress.phpfiles) and updates across the codebase to properly reference GPL-2.0-or-later as opposed to, say, GPL-2.0-only or the deprecated GPL-2.0 to make the license declaration explicit to GPL v2 or later.
