Feature request. Clear cookies on exit w/ exceptions

I know that I can just use incognito mode to not store cookies and that's it, but it would also be nice to have a separate toggle for regular tabs with easy access to the "add site as an exception" - tabs that won't be cleared on exit. This still reduces digital footprint while staying convenient.
