Tapping "Close all incognito" tabs take longer than usual to clear the Vanadium window task when tapping the notification #711

Potentially starting with the update to Vanadium version 134.0.6998.39.0 Stable, selecting the Close all Incognito tabs notification is, under certain conditions, causing the home screen and app launcher to hang for several seconds, where a notification pill appears stating "Processing notification."

Several users on the GrapheneOS Discussion Forum have reported similar behaviour over the past several days:

Behaviour seems to be reproduced consistently if Vanadium is closed via the app switcher "Close all" function with Incognito tabs still open, then tapping the Close all Incognito tabs notification from the home screen.

This notification also persists if you manually close all incognito tabs, which may be a related issue.
