"Add to homescreen" issue

When "adding a site to homescreen" there should be at least the option to add a shortcut (open the site in vanadium), but sometimes, only "install app" is available.

For example, for the site republik.ch, on some vanadium, on my pixel 7 pro (latest grapheneOS version), I can both add to homescreen and install the app. But on my friend's pixel 8A (latest grapheneOS), she only has the option to install the app (not possible to create a shortcut)
