Ability to add any website as shortcut instead of app

Currently vanadium shortcuts will open in incognito mode if the relevant setting is set, but chromium doesn't give the option for all websites to be added as shortcuts, some are only installable as apps (e.g. google.com), and there's no way to install a website as app and open it in incognito.
