Column named grid-carbon-intensity-average-consumption-annual needs to be filled out with Electricitymaps sourced data.

We still have a blank column of data for EM. I propose we delete the column before we merge the dev branch.

I've compiled the data for every hour of every zone for electricity maps, for all of 2024 here:

This information here should be enough to create the annual grid carbon intensity figures as in grid-carbon-intensity-average-consumption-annual for this cloud region metadata.csv

Every region in the parquet file has the same zone id, that corresponds to the em-zone-id column.

We can work out the grid-carbon-intensity-average-consumption-annual from this parquet from taking an mean of the hourly readings to for a given zone, and then matching it to the corresponding region for each provider.

I might be able to get round to adding this in February, but i'd also welcome someone else having a go - I'm not precious about this one.

BTW, this is all open data, so we should be fine to use it.
