In issue #11 I requested IPv6 support as an enhancement. Now I provide it. This has been tested by me to the extent IPv6 connectivity is available to me (mostly with OBP), so I encourage further testing by others prior to a merge.

Verified as working with Brandmeister 3101.

How long have you been using this patch? Any further observations in terms of utility? Has it been working on IPV6 for the last 10 months?

It is still in place and working without issue although BM is not currently supporting IPv6 on 3104, which replaced 3101.

Does this pull enable HBLink to listen on IPv6 as well? I am asking because there is an HBLink server I'd like to connect to, dvmis-hblink.k8jtk.org, that currently has both an A and AAAA record. MMDVM gladly attempts to connect over IPv6, but as HBLink currently only listens on IPv4, getting connected is a bit cumbersome. I would love to see an upgraded HBLink that can answer on both.
