Lucario get up attack doesn’t work at half speed

What the title says. If you go into training and set the speed to either 1/2 or 1.5x, his get up attack will not play out and he will just clip into the stage briefly before landing on stage. For some reason, his get up attack does work on 1/4 and normal speed.
