Both Characters

General

! fixed a bug that prevented Shotos from using USpecial on sloped ground
! fixed various bugs preventing meter gain on certain moves
! reduced the priority of supers input detection
! EX Specials can no longer be varied in strength
+ EX Specials may now be activated with Special plus Attack, Grab, or Taunt
+ Specials can again be canceled into DSpecial (on hit, not shield) for 0.5 bar
! supers are now always activated with 2146B ⬇↙⬅➡🅱
+ added new VTrigger Supers with EX DSpecial at max meter (see more below)

VTrigger:
! activated with EX DSpecial at max meter
! deactivated upon death (loses the remaining meter)
! deactivated when meter reaches 0
! dealing damage reduces available meter
! meter is reduced over time

Ryu

General

- removed existing target combos
- removed the magic series cancel tree
+ removed the damage penalty for canceling into attacks
+ "medium" special input window 1f --> 2f
! meter bars 3 --> 2
+ meter damage per bar 45 --> 30
+ fixed a bug that prevented shielding during a short window while running away

Supers

❗ VTrigger

while activated:
+ punch moves (and hadouken) are electric type and have 1.5x hitlag *for the defender*
+ EX moves can be used regardless of cost (but drain the same amount of meter)
+ Ryu's cancel system is expanded: Jabs/Tilts > Smashes > Specials
+ USmash is jump cancelable on hit
+ aerials are cancelable on-hit into airdodge
+ airdodge is replaced with airdash from the airdash mode

Shinku Hadouken

~ only available while at max meter outside of VTrigger
- no longer hits through shield
- windbox removed
! now activated with 2146B ⬇↙⬅➡🅱
