Syncing with the current wappalyser source

I went to see if there were any improvements since the original repository was shutdown, and seems there are...

PR includes:

• a script that updates technologies with the rules from the published Wappalyser Chrome extension,
• a batch of updates to technology rules (TODO only add recently added changes).

Touching anything that happened after it went closed-source and changed licenses would be a copyright and license violation. Any new detections or changes need to be developed without looking at anything in the commercial product.
