Added "About Us" Section for CareerZunction

• issue closes Create and Design "About Us" Section for CareerZunction #505

I have added about us section for career function website also made it responsive!

• Added About us page.
• Added an animated image and a floating animation to it. | floating 3s ease-in-out infinite;
• Added new sub-boxes.
• Made the entire page responsive.
• Added hover effects and transitions

Additinally I have:

• Style the vertical scrollbar and added hover effects on it
• Fix the alignment of the Hero images as they were overlapping about us page

Yeah sure @PSS2134 actually i forgot to commit a new change of removing the background and enhanced Ui that's why it was looking the same as before
