Adds default communities to the DNA as special cases in the DNA.
Description
The entries for these communities are created on
initbut not linked to anything. There is no need to link them as everyone running this DNA should know how to find them (and also the links will duplicate with every new agent that joins)future work
Use the properties feature so that these can be added without recompiling the Rust code. This would also be cool for people who want to fork the DNA and add new default communities.
