IMAGE include transport emissions from "pipelines". Thus in order for all transport sub-categories to add up we need either:

Emissions|CO2|Energy|Demand|Transportation|Other

OR

Emissions|CO2|Energy|Demand|Transportation|Pipelines

The former is probably better as it offers more flexibility.
