Pebble missing from Achaea "mconfig"

@vadi2 and @mccarp it looks like release #155 introduced a setting called "pebble" for lusternia, but achaea already had a setting called "pebble"...so I think the lusternia one is overriding the achaea one??

Above issue still exists, reason confirmed by commenting out "private_settings["pebble"] = mmp.createOption(false, mmp.changeBoolFunc, {"boolean"}, "Make use of your Lyraa Bix?", nil, {lusternia = true})" in LoadSettings fixing the issue with pebble showing in mconfig for Achaea.
