Preparation

1. Look at any IOC tickets and get someone to do an analysis of the difficulty
2. Repoint any of the tickets that are in progress or in review to only count work that's left to do
3. Prepare any extra tickets added to proposals in the same manner as for backlog preparation.

During meeting

1. Re-point any tickets in progress.
2. Look at any newly proposed tickets and tickets in the ready column that have not yet been started and rank them as per backlog preparation.
3. Estimate the top ticket on the list (mark on ticket)
4. Add its value to the current sprint
5. If we have points left in the sprint go back to 2

After the meeting

1. Remove tickets that did not make the sprint from ready (label and column)
2. Remove tickets from the bucket (label and column)
3. For tickets that made it to the sprint
   1. Set all tickets milestones on new tickets.
   2. Set label from proposal to ready and add to ready column in correct order
4. For tickets that weren't in sprint take top 6 and add to bucket
5. Remove all proposal labels (and tickets from planning board)

Releases

1. Check the milestones for upcoming releases (also noted in the Pending Tasks).
2. Check the dates listed in the milestone description. Adjust dates, if necessary.
3. Add tickets to Create and Deploy the release.
