Sprint retrospective is the time where we think about how well the last sprint went.

Preparation

1. Add ideas to list on the board
2. Take a picture of the list to look at in the meeting

During

In no particular order

• Discuss items on the list
• Discuss what made people mad, sad and glad during the sprint
• Discuss the current state of the sprint board
• Discuss items from the last sprint retrospective
  • Are we implementing them?
  • Are we happy with how implementing them went?

After

1. Write up the meeting on the notes page
2. Do any actions or update any documentation
