Running the previous flight data into PySim to verify KF behavior

We want to run previous flight data aginst our current KF, so we're making some changes to ekftester.py This is an old tester that took flight data previously. We want a similar analysis to analysis.py that gives us the error between the sensors and the state estimate we came up with.
