Description

@DavidCarlyn

Train the model on a section of the genome (either one chromosome or one gene). For time sake, it may be easier to train on one gene.

If you would like to make edits to the code for your own style / learning, please do so on a separate GitHub branch and on a copy of the file. For example, don't edit main.py, instead make a copy and test from that i.e. main_carlyn_edit.py or main_carlyn_exp_1.py

Ping @DavidCarlyn on Slack if there are any blockers or questions about the code. Please give the section of the code you are confused on and use Markdown notation for code to make it easier to read in Slack. You may also ping me on this issue with the code in question, but be sure to also ping me on Slack with a link to this issue so I get the notification.
