Hey, first of all: Great work!

It might be useful to have a loading component for preconditions, as they can be async to.
This can be used to show the user that the route is loading, while eg. checking a users session.

This is certainly an interesting use case. I'm going to keep this in the backlog and will consider it if enough other people share the need for this!

I'm also interested in this feature. This would certain be the best way of implementing skeleton screens.
