Add merging options. Restructure commands.

Try to make the config pannel a little more intuitive. Add new merging options allowing to choose independently: - replace geometry - tag merging. Move all Commands in the new "command" package. Create a new ReplaceGemetryOnly command that drop tags to only use utilsplugin2 ReplaceGeometry for geometry.
