The problem is that we are running it from the main module. We need to run it from the x module instead. Use -C x instead or the fully qualified package name GitHub.com/… |

As written it errors
main module (github.com/Jigsaw-Code/outline-sdk) does not contain package github.com/Jigsaw-Code/outline-sdk/x/examples/smart-proxy
