Since the TypeScript rewrite, the project preferences' UI file is no longer bundled with it and is instead ALWAYS generated from
prefs.blp.Due to the impossibility of obtaining the latest version of blueprint-compiler from Ubuntu, this change broke the automatic zip packaging for a long time.
Thanks to an Arch Linux container, this pull request repairs that feature.
