Quest/journal entry oddities

Certain quests can end up stuck in the journal for the rest of the game if they are rendered impossible to complete. Off the top of my head;

Receiving the job from Zherron to kill the Kinrath on Dantooine will remain in the journal if you don't cash in your reward before siding with Azkul and killing everyone off

If you murder the Lunar Shadow crew at the Nar Shaddaa docks, Odis the pilot in the refugee sector will offer his services with no way to actually complete the quest, but the journal entry stays in place for the rest of the game

(I suspect there are probably many more situations like this but will have to do testing to confirm)
