Current Behavior

In which cases this error will be thrown? -- Reconciler error - waiting for addresses to be provisioned for publish service

KIC version - 2.12.7. Kong versio - 3.4.2

I'm running in Kubernetes cluster. My undertstading is based on below if both EXTERNAL-IP and INTERNAL-IP is pending then this error is logged -- https://github.com/Kong/kubernetes-ingress-controller/blob/main/internal/manager/setup.go#L313

Is my understanding correct?

Also will KIC auto recover in case of this error
