PrimeTweenManager.Update() generates garbage

When digging through the profiler, I noticed that PrimeTweenManager.Update() and PrimeTweenManager.FixedUpdate() generate a little amount of garbage even with no tweens tweens playing. Is there something I'm missing to get rid of that GC?

Hi! Is there any chance you're using the PRIME_TWEEN_SAFETY_CHECKS define in your project? When this define is enabled, PrimeTween performs additional safety checks in Development builds (release builds never allocate GC).

But I addressed these allocations in the latest 1.3.0 version, so PrimeTween doesn't allocate now, even with safety checks.
