使用这个项目能免费获取官网的api key吗。现在都没法使用管网的充值，但是可以网页可以使用了

这是逆向破解网页端加密逻辑请求后端服务器, 这玩意就是模拟网页请求操作, 网页发起的URL的全部都是限额的

不能，官网充值已经开放了
