Rationale

Minor NextFlow improvements and bug fixes

Changes

  • Fix validation of config directory when saving settings
  • Consolidate actions
  • Rely on whether NextFlow is enabled in container by site admin, not enabled module status
  • Check original file for input files, not generated subdirectory
